Rila is Pirin Macedonia (east part of Macedonia), but originaly this songs belongas to "mijakas", Macedonians of western Macedonia. They are also mountain people. This song is Macedonian, it's called "Zajdi, zajdi jasno sonce" and it belongs to Macedonian folklore.

..in this adaptation is performed by iranian female vocal. So, the words I can't translate.. Macedonian otherwise goes like this: Go down, go down, bright sunshine Go down, hide your light. Mourn for your leafs, you forest, I will mourn for my youth.

From: Tyler Bates - The composer of the movie "300" responding to Macedonian claims "As the composer of the music titled ?Message For The Queen,? I would like to make it clear that while the introduction expresses the woodwind melody present in many recorded versions of the song "Zajdi, Zajdi Jasno Sonce," this music is equally based on Bulgarian traditional folk music." First lyric record of the song was published in Turnovo (Bulgaria) by Ljuben Karavelov in 1878.
