Everyday 1000 people get killed in the US in auto crashes. 30% are impaired the other 70% are SOBER! People have such bad habits when driving. Most people can't drive when sober. The message that we tried to pass on was that people should take the keys of those who they know or suspect to have been drinking. | CristyBoschee ::: Favorites 2007-12-26 19:24:00 Yes the state does breath testing, If the cops feel that the driver may be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics they will request that the driver does a road side sobriety test. If the driver refuses, than the cops are compelled to take other measures to get that driver off the road. But it seems that there is never a officer around when you need one.
