Description: In April 1984 we took a ride from Lincoln to Carlisle. This is a record of the run starting at Skipton. The music is written and sung by Mike Donald of Skipton - recorded on an album - Yorkshire - Songs of the Broad Acres, in 1971. This was before the days of Camcorders and was shot using a large (£1400) Panasonic VHS camera with a separate recorder connected by a cable. Note that Ribblehead Viaduct still had double tracks.
