Description: A demo of Advanced Shock Protection Antiskip used on this KOSS CD player. Basically, it scans ahead and stores part of the track you're listening to on a small flash memory, and if it's unable to read the CD, it reads from that until it can start tracking again. Much like an iPod flash memory. As demonstrated here, I can shake it, and even completely remove the disc as it plays off the memory. |
