musicalaviator ::: Favorites This video was made in 2000 by CAA (civil aviation authority) of New Zealand along with Air New Zealand and ICAO. I came into contact with it because I have a family member who works at the airline. On the 3 crew, ANZ were one of 2 airlines along with Ansett to order 767s with a 3 crew cockpit with actual flight engineer station. musicalaviator ::: Favorites haha i heard that the first 7 mins (up till go around decicion) was on here from a news paper which noted that it made ANZ sound bad, so I thought I'd put the rest in (because it explores why the event happened and how it could happen to anyone and how they/you could avoid further problems).
