of course the aeroplane is gonna stall in that kind of angle of attack and in that altitude there is no looking back for recovery

These details are correct Accident at Gimli on Aug 27, 1992. An experimental, modified Caribou. Rudder lock was engaged & aileron lock had been disengaged at the moment of impact. Conclusion is the gust-lock system hadn't been disengaged & that some locks had been engaged after take-off. If the control surfaces aren't in neutral position when the lock is engaged, movement of surfaces through neutral will engage it.
