bjshowz ::: Favorites You are the birdman of Wildomar - huh? I lived with a woman who had a parrot, a double yellow head Amazon (do I have that right???) it was green with a yellow head. He was out on top od his cage and I was asked to pull the shade up for him - he attacked. He jumped on my shoulder and was like simulating pecking -at ME. Needless to say I felt like Tippy Hedrin in the Movie The Birds. I do not harbor any ill feelings though. bowlingballout ::: Favorites Importing foreign birds has been banned for almost 20 years. There is a large stock of birds already here that are bred as pets by enthusiasts. bowlingballout ::: Favorites Truth be told about most of California beaches... They suck. Don't get me wrong they're nice enough, but they are either not very people friendly i.e. rocks and pebbles on the sand or in the break area, or they are wall to wall people; a regular zoo. We used to live about 1/4 mile from the beach - in the perma-fog zone, but had to move if we wanted a bigger place to live and eventually retire to. 07-06-14 13:34:05 _____________________________________________________
