ThaHeartOfLife ::: Favorites you dont go all the way up for a bench press... then your just using more of your triceps. its actually harder to keep the range of motion like most of them did where they go most of the way down but not all theh way up... 07-07-18 14:26:47 _____________________________________________________
ThaHeartOfLife ::: Favorites the 3rd guy derek did the correct bench press... 07-07-18 14:28:52 _____________________________________________________
momentquo ::: Favorites Not true, you should tell that to powerlifters....Im on a powerlifting team. Everyone except Nasser did the bench press half assed! Its actually harder when you go all the way up because your muscle fatigues faster because of the range of motion. Try benching...its always harder on the up motion than the down motion! 07-07-18 18:14:45 _____________________________________________________
ThaFuuuuu ::: Favorites heath was doing it til the peak of his flex (where his chest was fully flexed) which is really all the range you need to go(in the bodybuilding world). I personally don't like powerlifters because they are like marines "COCKY". The bodybuilders actually know what they're doing. Powerlifters think that because they can put up more weight they're better, but it's not the goal of a bodybuilder so why the comparison always? 07-07-18 20:42:50 _____________________________________________________
momentquo ::: Favorites This contest was meant to see who could do the most reps not to see who could contract the muscle the best! A half rep is a half assed rep! Your argument should mean that Freeman should have won huh? Because his chest was also fully flexing? You gotta be kidding me LOL No one did the proper form except Nasser!! this contest was a joke! 07-07-19 17:52:15 _____________________________________________________
PumaTomten ::: Favorites Wtf.. jeramy did never do one single correct reps. if phil did do the same thing he would have won 07-07-21 16:18:52 _____________________________________________________
phillipjent ::: Favorites touch your chest and at least get close to locking out... phil jeremy barely get past 90 degrees on the way up... that is shit. should be firm criteria if its a competition... anyone disagree??? saying jeremy shoiuld have one is likem saying fatbloke mcslow should have one the 100 yard dash cause his quads felt it more..... bullshit!! 07-08-01 22:04:49 _____________________________________________________
fitmod066 ::: Favorites actually the only guy to bench correctly was nasser. He touched his chest and came the closest to lock out. And also he CONTROLLED the weight! 07-08-02 02:53:11 _____________________________________________________
fayetemptingwomannj ::: Favorites CAMAZONDATING dot COM for the hottest adult webcam dating site! 07-08-03 20:16:09 _____________________________________________________
INFOMAH ::: Favorites Nasser El Sobbaty was the best, because he actually did the weight with a slow and controlled movement, which actually test how strong you are and your endurance level. 07-08-06 21:42:08 _____________________________________________________ |
